Ordering & Downloads
When will I receive my pattern?
All patterns are instant download! As soon as your payment clears, you'll receive your download link. You can also access your patterns anytime from the "My Account" tab at the top of the site. A download link will also be sent to your email—if you don't see it, check your spam folder. Sometimes the email takes a few minutes to arrive.
Can I get a refund?
Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds on patterns. If you're having trouble with a download, please contact us and we'll help you out!
Do you have sales?
Yes! Make sure you subscribe to our newsletter (in the footer below). Every Thursday, a new pattern is released at 25% off OR an older pattern goes on sale for 50% off. You can also make your own bundle and receive a discount.
Printing & Using Patterns
What's included with my pattern?
All patterns include a materials list with recommended fabrics, yardage chart, size chart, and a full-color photo tutorial with step-by-step instructions. All pattern pieces are computer generated and color coded for easy cutting. You can print in black and white if you prefer. Large, rectangular pieces (skirts, sashes, etc.) are cut using dimensions in a cutting chart to save you paper and ink.
How do I print my pattern?
Once you download the PDF file, save it to your computer. Patterns are formatted to print on US Letter (8.5 x 11") and A4 paper. Print at 100% with no scaling. Each pattern includes a test square—measure it to make sure your print settings are correct before printing the whole pattern.
Are seam allowances included?
Yes! The seam allowance is already included on all pattern pieces. Check the sewing guidelines section of your pattern for the specific seam allowance used.
Selling & Licensing
Can I sell items made with Peek-a-Boo Patterns?
Yes! You are welcome to sell items made with our patterns on a small scale (craft fairs, Etsy, local boutiques, etc.). You may not use Peek-a-Boo Patterns for mass production. Credit for the design is appreciated but not required. See our full Terms and Conditions for details.

Where can I get help with a pattern?
Our Peek-a-Boo Pattern Shop Facebook Group with 108,000+ members is an excellent resource! You can post questions, share your makes, and get advice from fellow sewists. You can also email us at amy@peekaboopatternshop.com.
I'm having trouble downloading my pattern. What should I do?
First, check your "My Account" page—your patterns should be available there. If you're still having trouble, make sure you're using a computer rather than a phone (some phones have trouble with large PDF files). Still stuck? Email us and we'll get you sorted out!
